1. Fragrance direction
Before any sample is prepared, we agree on a direction: who the product is for, which channel it sells through, and what the scent should signal. You can select from our existing fragrance library, or we can develop a custom signature scent. We produce EDP and EDT concentrations.
2. Bottle and cap matching
Bottles are chosen by code from our catalogue — perfume bottles and caps are matched as a pair, since the neck finish decides which caps fit.
3. Label and box

4. Sample approval
Nothing goes into production without your written approval. Fragrance, bottle, cap, label and box are all confirmed from a physical sample first — see the sampling process.
5. Planning your first collection
The minimum order quantity for perfume is 1,000 units per fragrance and per bottle model. Two fragrances — one clearly feminine, one clearly masculine or unisex — is the most common first collection. That is 2,000 units in total, and it lets you read real sales data before widening the range.
Concentration is a positioning decision, not only a technical one: EDP reads as the premium tier and suits gifting and retail, while EDT is lighter and works for daily-wear and volume channels.

Planning Your Private Label Project
How do I plan my first collection?
Start from the sales channel, not the product. Decide where the product will be sold, then choose one fragrance direction that fits that audience, then pick the bottle. Most first collections are one or two fragrances in a single bottle format — enough to test the market without carrying stock across many variants.
How many fragrances should I start with?
One or two. Every additional fragrance is a separate minimum order quantity, so five scents means five separate minimums. Starting narrow and scaling the one that sells carries far less risk than launching a wide range at once.
How long does the sampling process take?
Sampling depends mainly on how quickly you evaluate and respond. The process runs brief, fragrance selection, sample preparation, evaluation, revision and approval. Production starts only after your written sample approval, and standard products are then produced in approximately 4–6 weeks.
When does a custom fragrance make sense?
A custom formula makes sense when the scent itself is the brand — a signature hotel scent, a distinctive retail identity, or a product you intend to build a range around. For a first collection, selecting from our existing fragrance library is faster and lets you reach the market sooner. Custom development is a separate R&D process quoted per project.
