Fragrance Documentation

We provide project-based support for IFRA conformity documentation and SDS/MSDS (safety data sheets) for the fragrances used. Allergen declaration requirements are planned according to your destination market.

Export Documentation

Required documents are confirmed per project and destination. We guide and support topics such as CPNP notification and CLP-compliant labelling for the EU, INCI ingredient declaration for the US, and GSO/SFDA/ESMA requirements for the Gulf. We do not publish unverified certificate claims; requirements are clarified together, per project.

Selling in Türkiye: ÜTS and Cosmetic Regulation

Perfume, cologne and roll-on perfume oil are cosmetic products in Türkiye and fall under the national Cosmetic Regulation, which is aligned with EU Regulation 1223/2009. Before these products are placed on the Turkish market they must be notified to the Product Tracking System (ÜTS) operated by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK).

• Responsible person: The company placing the product on the market under its own name or trademark is generally the responsible person. In private label projects this is usually the brand owner, and the notification is made on its behalf.
• Product information file: A file covering the formula, manufacturing information and the cosmetic product safety report is kept for every product.
• Labelling: Nominal content, batch number, shelf life or period after opening, INCI ingredient list, precautions and the name and address of the responsible person appear on the label.
• Reed diffusers, car fragrances and scented candles are not cosmetic products. For these, chemical labelling, allergen declaration and SDS requirements are assessed according to the classification of the mixture instead of a cosmetic notification.

Which notification is handled by whom, and which documents are included, is agreed at quotation stage.
